Don’t forget – Naomi Ruth Barber King, the sister-in-law of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., will discuss her new book, A.D. and M. L. King: Two Brothers Who Dared To Dream at the Hyattsville Public Library this Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Admission is free. There will be a book sale following her presentation.

Spit Dat event tonight in D.C.

Don’t forget – the Spit Dat open mic event is tonight. Morgan “Momo” Butler is the feature, but others are encouraged to participate. The event is from 8:30 p. to 11:30 p.m. at the Emergence Community Arts Collective (ECAC) on 733 Euclid Street NW., D.C. The cover charge is only $1.00.
